The location is great!! Right in the heart of the city, super close to the Plaza.

Though the staff was extremely nice, they were often hard to track down because they were working solo and were doing the cleaning as well. The room itself was stuffy and the beds were not very comfortable. I had to ask at the front desk for a remote for the television, but the batteries were dead -- I ended up just watching a telenovela instead.

Got a spacious room in a great spot for exploring Madrid! Daily cleaning was a nice touch. Just beware of the noise. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper 😅

The setting is marvellous, next to the Police Station where a wonderful English translator was very helpful, pretty much all the tourist spots, and Madrid, low budget, shopping area. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Christ Fellowship.

The stay here was such great, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location so close to Retiro Park between 20-25 minutos walking, Hostal Tokio and pretty much all the tourist spots in the heart of Madrid. Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to say goodbye...

There was nothing I didnt like.

We enjoyed the great location close to cultural sites like the Prado Museum and indulged in delicious tapas nearby. The café around the corner was a nice touch, and the room had everything we needed for our stay with two babies.

My wife says that an extra crib or bed for kids would be great.

The hotel was fantastic. Perfect location, very clean, friendly staff and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and it will be the first place I look to stay if I visit Madrid again.
